Bakery Treats Collection Two

SKILL LEVEL:
Easy
Basic stitches, simple shaping and finishing.
MATERIALS:
Yarns:
Double knitting/light worsted yarn
Small amounts of double knitting/light worsted yarn, in colors of choice
Hooks & Notions:
Small amount fiberfill/toy stuffing
Size 3.50mm Hook
Size 3.00mm Hook
Yarn needle
Stitch marker
GAUGE:
22sts x 30 rows = 10 x 10cm
Tension/Gauge is not necessary for this project to be perfect
I use US Crochet stitch terminology

INSTRUCTIONS

Mini Swiss Roll:
Size: 6cm in length
First Strip
Row 1: With pink yarn, CH12. Work 1DC into 4th CH from hook, 1DC into each CH until end (10DC), turn
Row 2-20: CH3 (counts as first DC), work 1DC into each ST until end (10DC), turn. FO and cut yarn
Second Strip
Row 1: With yellow yarn, CH 12. Work 1DC into 4th CH from hook, 1DC into each CH until end (10DC), turn
Row 2-23: CH3 (counts as first DC), work 1DC into each ST until end (10DC), turn
Place pink strip on top of yellow strip, SLST both strips together. 1SLST into each DC and 3SLST into the side of each row. FO and cut yarn, leave a long tail for sewing. Weave in all ends, except tail for sewing.
Finishing:
Whipped Cream: 
Rnd 1: With white yarn, CH2. Work 6SC in 2nd CH from hook. Place a stitch marker in the last SC to designate the end of the rnd.
Rnd 2: Work 2SC in each ST around (12SC). MM
Rnd 3: *Work 2SC in first ST and 1SC in next ST. Repeat from * around (18SC). MM
Rnd 4: Work 4SC in each front loop around. FO, leaving a tail for sewing.
Cherry:
Rnd 1: CH2. Work 6SC in second CH from hook. Place a stitch marker in the last SC to designate the end of the rnd.
Rnd 2: Work 2SC in each ST around (12SC). MM
Rnd 3: *SC2tog 6 times (6SC). FO, leaving a tail for sewing.
Twirled Biscuit:
Row 1: CH10. 2SC in each ST till end. FO, leaving a tail for sewing.
Sew cherries and biscuit onto whipped cream, sew whipped cream onto mini roll.
Strawberry Mallow Pudding:
Size: 4cm in length and 6cm in diameter
This part is made by working in continuous rounds, so you may want to use a stitch marker to keep record of your current rnd.
Rnd 1: With pink yarn, CH2. Work 6SC in second CH from hook. Place a stitch marker in the last SC to designate the end of the rnd.
Rnd 2: Work 2SC in each ST around (12SC). MM
Rnd 3: *Work 2SC in first ST and 1SC in next ST. Repeat from * around (18SC). MM
Rnd 4: *Work 2SC in first ST and 1SC in each of the next two STS.  Repeat from * around (24SC). MM
Rnd 5: *Work 2SC in first ST and 1SC in each of the next three STS. Repeat from * around (30SC). MM
Rnd 6: For this rnd only work in the back loops. Work 1SC in each ST around (30 SC). MM
Rnd 7-10: Work 1SC in each ST around (30 SC).MM
Rnd 11: *Work 2SC in first ST and 1SC in each of the next four STS. Repeat from * around (36SC). MM
Rnd 12: *Work 2SC in first ST and 1SC in each of the next five STS. Repeat from * around (42SC). MM
Rnd 13: For this rnd only work in the back loops. Work 1SC in each ST around (42SC). MM
Rnd 14: *SC2tog, and work 1SC in each of the next five STS. Repeat from * around (36SC). MM
Rnd 15: *SC2tog, and work 1SC in each of the next four STS. Repeat from * around (30SC). MM
Rnd 16: *SC2tog, and work 1SC in each of the next three STS. Repeat from * around (24SC). MM
Rnd 17: *SC2tog, and work 1SC in each of the next two STS. Repeat from * around (18SC). MM
Stuff, but do not overstuff.
Rnd 18: *SC2tog, and work 1SC in each of the next ST. Repeat from * around (12SC). MM
Rnd 19: *SC2tog. Repeat from * around (6SC).
FO, sew opening close and pull thread through the middle and out the top, thread over a stitch and pull back out at the bottom to form shape, FO and weave in end.
Attach brown yarn to any loop of rnd 13 with a SC. Work 1SC into each loop. FO and weave in ends.
Finishing:
Whipped Cream: 
Rnd 1: With white yarn, CH2. Work 6SC in second CH from hook. Place a stitch marker in the last SC to designate the end of the rnd.
Rnd 2: Work 2SC in each ST around (12SC). MM
Rnd 3: *Work 2SC in first ST and 1SC in next ST. Repeat from * around (18SC). MM
Rnd 4: Work 4SC in each front loop around. FO, leaving a tail for sewing.
Embroider a few chocolate knots onto whipped cream, sew whipped cream onto Mallow
Flower Cookies with Chocolate Filling:
Size: 6cm in diameter
This part is made by working in continuous rounds, so you may want to use a stitch marker to keep record of your current rnd.
Make 3: 2x cream 1x chocolate
Rnd 1: With yarn, CH2. Work 6SC in second CH from hook. Place a stitch marker in the last SC to designate the end of the rnd.
Rnd 2: Work 2SC in each ST around (12SC). MM
Rnd 3: *Work 2SC in first ST and 1SC in next ST. Repeat from * around (18SC). MM
Rnd 4: *Work 2SC in first ST and 1SC in each of the next two STS.  Repeat from * around (24SC). MM
Rnd 5: *SL ST into next ST, 1SC, 1HDC into next ST, 2DC into next ST, 1HDC, 1SC into next ST. Repeat from * around. FO, leaving a tail for sewing
Sew the 3 flowers together. First one cream and one chocolate, than finally the last cream on top of the chocolate.
Finishing:
Chocolate Button:
Rnd 1: With chocolate yarn, CH2. Work 6SC in second CH from hook.
Rnd 2: Work 2SC in each ST around (12SC). FO, leaving a tail for sewing. Sew button on top of cookie.
