MATERIALS:
· 50gr of double knitting/light worsted yarn, in purple and pink
· Small amounts in double knitting/light worsted yarn, in cream, white, black and yellow
· Size 4,00mm Hook
· Size 3,00mm Hook
· Yarn Needle
· Stitch Marker
· Optional – button nose for bunny
Due to the nature of this pattern – the yarn and hook used is only a suggestion and any substitute may be used. Size of finished product will vary depending on yarn and size of hook used.
25 cm in length and 15 cm in width at the widest part worked in double knitting/light worsted yarn
Bag Inner & Outer: (Make 4 – 2 pink and 2 purple)
With 4, 00 mm hook and purple or pink yarn
Make a magic ringROW 1: CH3 (counts as DC) work 5 DC into ring, TURN
ROW 2: CH3 (counts as DC) work 1 DC into same ST, work 2 DC into each ST until end (12 DC), TURN
ROW 3: CH3 (counts as DC) work 1 DC into same ST, work 1 DC into next ST. *Work 2 DC into next ST, work 1 DC into next ST. Repeat from * until end (18 DC), TURN
ROW 4: CH3 (counts as DC) work 1 DC into same ST, work 1 DC into next 2 STS. *Work 2 DC into next ST, work 1 DC into next 2 STS. Repeat from * until end (24 DC), TURN
ROW 5: CH3 (counts as DC) work 1 DC into same ST, work 1 DC into next 3 STS. *Work 2 DC into next ST, work 1 DC into next 3 STS. Repeat from * until end (30 DC), TURN


Bag Strap:
Note – Strap can be made as short or as long as required
SIZE: 100 cm
With 4, 00 mm hook and purple yarn
CH 151
ROW 1: Work 1 SC into 2nd CH from hook, work 1 SC into each ST until end (150 SC), TURN
ROW 2: CH 1, work 1 SC into each ST until end (150 SC), TURN
ROW 3-10: Repeat row 2




and the purple half circles the outer!
Starting on one side sew the strap onto the bag – using the back loops of the pink half circles. Sew the two edges of the strap together to close the loop.


Ears:
With 4, 00 mm hook and purple yarn
CH 32
ROW 1: Work 1 DC into 4th CH from hook, work 1 DC into next 27 DC, work 7 DC into last ST – continue working into the opposite of the foundation CH – work 1 DC into each ST (29 DC), TURN
ROW 2: CH3 (counts as 1 DC), work 1 DC into next 25 DC, work 1 HDC into next 3 DC, work 1 SC into next 3 DC, work (1 SC, 1 DC, 1 SC) into next ST, work 1 SC into next 3 DC, work 1 HDC into next 3 STS, work 1 DC into each ST until end. Fasten off and leave a tail for sewing.

Position ears onto one of the straight edges and sew into place. Use photos as guide.


Eyes:
With 3, 00 mm hook
Outer – with white yarn
Make a magic circle
RND 1: CH3 (counts as 1 DC) work 11 DC into ring, SL ST into top of 3 CH (12 DC)
RND 2: CH 3 (counts as 1 DC) work 1 DC into same ST, work 2 DC into each ST all around, SL ST into top of 3 SC (24 DC). Fasten off and leave a tail for sewing.
Inner – with black yarn
Make a magic circle
RND 1: CH3 (counts as 1 DC) work 11 DC into ring, SL ST into top of 3 CH (12 DC). Fasten off and leave a tail for sewing.
Eye Lid – with purple yarn
Make a magic circle
ROW 1: CH3 (counts as 1 DC) work 5 DC into ring, TURN
ROW 2: CH3 (counts as 1 DC) work 1 DC into same St, work 2 DC into each ST until end (24 DC)
