50% Baby Alpaca / 50% Merino DK, Gradient dyed yarn.

This gorgeous yarn was hand-dyed by Beatrix Snyman and I purchased it from Btrix Yarns.

SKILL LEVEL:
Intermediate
Basic stitches, simple shaping and finishing, but concentration required for pattern.

MATERIALS:
Yarns:
50% Baby Alpaca / 50% Merino DK, Gradient dyed yarn – 2 x 50 g
Hooks & Notions:
Hook 4. 50 mm (Clover)
Yarn needle

Abbreviations:
CH – chain
SL ST – slip stitch
SC – single crochet
DC – double crochet

Notes:
I use US Crochet stitch terminology.
Due to the nature of this pattern – the yarn and hook used is only a suggestion and any substitute may be used.
Size of finished product will vary depending on yarn and size of hook used.

Size: Make in size required

What I like about this design is you can wear it anyway you like!
Wear it as an infinity scarf; a cowl or a light shoulder wrap!

INSTRUCTIONS:

Multiple of 6 plus 3

CH 35 (32 plus 3)

ROW 1: Work 1 DC into the 4th CH from hook; work 1 DC into next 2 CH ; CH 3;
*SL ST into same CH as last DC worked; SKIP 3 CH; work 1 DC into next 2 CH; CH 3.
Repeat from * until end; TURN

ROW 2: CH 3; work 3 DC into the 3 CH space of the previous row; CH 3;
*SL ST into the same 3 CH space; work 3 DC into next 3 CH space of the previous row;
CH 3.
Repeat from * until end; TURN

Repeat ROW 2 for the pattern.
