INSTRUCTIONS:

PART EIGHT:

For this part we need to work up 123 STS on each side; below I have an image to give an indication to how I worked my sts.

RND 1:
TO START
– I worked my first corner into the SPACE between the first 2 DC of the final row of the strip;
[2 DC; 2 CH; 2 DC] – either CH 3 for your first DC or do the STANDING DC

  • then I worked 123 DC across the full strip; then did my 2nd corner in-between the last 2 DC;
    [2 DC; 2 CH; 2 DC] for corner;
  • then I worked up 24 DC across the side of the strip;
    (24 DC across first square; 1 DC in join) 3 times;
    then 24 DC across last square;
    [2 DC; 2 CH; 2 DC] into corner 2 CH space;
  • then I worked up 24 DC across the square; then 99 DC across the BIG square;
    [2 DC; 2 CH; 2 DC] into corner 2 CH space;
  • then I worked up 99 DC across the BIG square; and finally 24 across the side of the strip;
    SL ST into 3rd CH of 3 CH or into the top of the Standing DC.
    Fasten off and weave in ends.

You should have 127 DC on each side.
