I use US Crochet stitch terminology.
Due to the nature of this pattern – the yarn and hook used is only a suggestion and any substitute may be used.
Size of finished product will vary depending on yarn and also size of hook used.

V-ST: work [1 DC; CH 1; 1 DC] into same space (ch or st)
3 DC Cluster: work 3 DC together into same space to form 1 ST – see video – courtesy of New Stitch A Day
FPDC – front post double crochet
Insert your hook into the front of your work, behind the indicated stitch, and then through your work such that your hook is now at the front of your work again. Pull through final 2 loops on your hook
INSTRUCTIONS:
With Color A
CH 6; SL ST to form a ring
RND 1: CH 3 (counts as 1 DC); work 11 DC into ring; SL ST into 3rd of 3 CH. (12 DC)
Fasten off and weave in ends.
With Color B
Join into any DC – working into back-loops optional
RND 2: CH 3; work 2DCtog into SAME DC – this is YOUR first Cluster; *CH 1; work Cluster into next DC.**
Repeat from *to** 10 more times; CH 1; SL ST into top of first Cluster.
(12 x Clusters; 12 x 1 CH spaces)
Fasten off and weave in ends.
With Color C
Join into any 1 CH space
RND 3: CH 3 (counts as 1 DC); work 1 DC into SAME 1 CH space; *work FPDC around next Cluster;
work 2 DC into next 1 CH space.**
Repeat from * to ** 10 more times; FPDC around next Cluster; SL ST into 3rd of 3 CH.
(12 x FPDC; 12 x 2DC groups)
Fasten off and weave in ends.
With Color D
Join into any DC with a SC working into back-loops
RND 4: Work 1 SC into SAME DC; work 1 SC into next ST.
*Work 2 SC into next ST; work 1 SC into next ST.** Repeat from * to ** all around; SL ST into first SC worked.

Fasten off and weave in ends.
With Color B
Join into any SC
RND 5: CH 3 (counts as 1 DC) /or do a STANDING DC; work [1 DC; CH 2; 2 DC] into same space;
CH 2; SKIP NEXT 3 SC; work 1 SC into next SC;
CH 3; SKIP NEXT 3 SC; work 1 SC into next SC.
*CH 2; SKIP NEXT 3 SC; work [2 DC; CH 2; 2 DC] into next SC;
