CH – chain
SL ST – slip stitch
SC – single crochet (UK – DC)
HDC – half double crochet (UK – HTR)
DC – double crochet (UK – TR)
TR – treble crochet (UK – DTR)

INSTRUCTIONS:

Left Inside Page Appliques
Cloud: 
With white double knitting/light worsted yarn and 3,50 mm hook
CH 11
RND 1: Work 3 DC into 4th CH from hook, work 1 DC into next 6 CH, work 8 DC into last CH – continue working in the round – work 1 DC into next 6 CH, work 4 DC into last CH, join with a SL ST into top of 3rd of the starting CH (the first 3 STS of your starting CH)
RND 2: CH 3 (counts as 1 DC), work 1 DC into same ST, work 2 DC into next 3 STS, work 1 DC into next 6 STS, work 2 DC into next 8 STS, work 1 DC into next 6 STS, work 2 DC into next 4 STS (44 DC), join with a SL ST into top of 3CH
RND 3: CH 3 (counts as 1 DC), work 3 DC into same ST, SKIP 2 STS, work 1 SC into next ST,
work 6 DC into next ST, SKIP 2 STS, work 1 SC into next ST,
work 4 DC into next ST, SKIP 2 STS, work 1 SC into next ST,

Make a magic circle
RND 1: Work 6 SC into ring
RND 2: Work 2 SC into each SC of previous round
Fasten off and leave a tail for sewing
Building your page:
Using the tails of each applique, whipstitch each piece into place!
 Sew cloud onto to top of both pages but leave a section open to form a pocket -see photo for guide

Sew the two plant parts together and sew onto the page next to the pond

Sew the rock border onto the bottom part of the volcano

Building The Cave 🙂

Sew the cave pocket first to the page – DO NOT STITCH TOP PART!
Sew cave section over the pocket – keeping the inside open – see photos for guide

Sew Mini Tree onto the side of the cave

Sew the plant in front of the cave – see photo for guide

Optional – You can either sew on the berries or sew on some buttons 🙂
