PATTERN NOTES:

  • If you wish to make the squares first and not to join as you go you will repeat Squares instructions and fasten off after each one.
  • If you opt for the join as you go method you will only fasten off the very first square of each strip.

The vest consists of 2 long strips and 4 short strips – depending on size.

Small: 2 long strips; 4 short strips

Medium: 2 long strips; 5 short strips

Large: 2 long strips; 7 short strips

Size is easily adjusted by adding squares to length and adding strips for width.

  • IF you use different yarn and hook – size will also differ!

Tension/Gauge:

This is with my yarn and hook – each square measured approx. 3 x 3 inches (8 cm x 8 cm)

I have been a crochet designer for more than 10 years. I love to think outside the box and to try and do things a bit differently. I love to learn new techniques and to challenge myself. I firmly believe that crochet should fun and evoke joy and pleasure. Creating and designing is one of my life's passions.
