V-ST: work [1 DC; CH 1; 1 DC] into same space (ch or st)

4 DC Cluster: work 4 DC together into same space to form 1 ST – see video

FPDC – front post double crochet

Insert your hook into the front of your work, behind the indicated stitch, and then through your work such that your hook is now at the front of your work again. Pull through final 2 loops on your hook

INSTRUCTIONS:

With Color A

CH 6; SL ST to form a ring

RND 1: CH 3 (counts as 1 DC); work 11 DC into ring; SL ST into 3^rd of 3 CH. (12 DC)
Fasten off and weave in ends.

With Color B

Join into any DC – working into back-loops optional

RND 2: CH 4 (counts as 1 DC and 1 CH space); work 1 DC into same DC; work 4DC Cluster into next DC.
*Work V-ST into next DC; work 4DC Cluster into next DC.**
Repeat from *to** 4 more times. SL ST into 3rd of 4 CH.
Fasten off and weave in ends.

With Color C

Join into any 1 CH space of a V-ST

RND 3: CH 4 (counts as 1 DC and 1 CH space); work 1 DC into same DC; CH 2; work FPDC around next 4 DC Cluster; CH 2.
*Work V- ST into next V-ST; CH 2; work FPDC around next 4 DC Cluster; CH 2.**
Repeat from * to ** 4 more times. SL ST into 3rd of 4 CH.
Fasten off and weave in ends.

With Color D

Join into any DC with a SC working into back-loops 

RND 4: Work 1 SC into EACH ST and CHAIN ST; SL ST into first SC worked.
(48 SC)
Fasten off and weave in ends.

With Color B

Join into any SC

RND 5: CH 3 (counts as 1 DC) /or do a STANDING DC; work [1 DC; CH 2; 2 DC] into same space;
CH 2;  SKIP NEXT 3 SC; work 1 SC into next SC;
CH 3; SKIP NEXT 3 SC; work 1 SC into next SC.
*CH 2; SKIP NEXT 3 SC; work [2 DC; CH 2; 2 DC] into next SC;
