Boho Chic Crochet Bracelet
Difficulty Level | Skills Required
– Easy to Intermediate
Basic stitches in simple variations, simple repeats, color changes, shaping and finishing.
You will need to know basic stitches like SC (single crochet) and DC (double crochet).
Special stitches explained and provided in the instructions.
Materials
- Hook – 3, 50 mm (E)
- Scissors
- Yarn needle
- Optional – 28 beads – I used small blue wooden beads to match my yarn, plus 3 charms.
Yarn:
Nurturing Fibres Eco – Fusion (50 grams/125 meters)
50% Bamboo Viscose & 50 % Cotton
Weight – Sport (12 wpi) / 5 ply/ 2 Fine
3 x 10 g Bonbons
A – sunglow (yellow)
B – cobblestone (grey)
C – baltic (dark blue)
Yarn Substitute:
Using the same type of yarn throughout the project is recommended. The pattern suggests DK yarn (Weight – DK (11 wpi) 3: Light Worsted), but you are not limited to this type of yarn. Any yarn can be used if you take into consideration your sizing for the project will differ.
Tension | Gauge
Not neccessary for this project to be perfect.
Size
Medium – can be adjusted to fit any.
Remember – if you use/choose a different yarn weight/hook size your bracelet will be a different size!

Abbreviations: US Terminology
CH – chain
SL ST – slip stitch
SC – single crochet (UK – DC)
HDC – half double crochet (UK – HTR)
DC – double crochet (UK – TR)
TR – treble crochet (UK – DTR)
BLP – back loop
RS – Right side
WS – Wrong side
Special Stitches:
Picot: CH 3; optional – slip bead; SL ST into 1 CH of 3 CH.

INSTRUCTIONS:
With A
Make a magic ring/or CH 8; SL ST to form a ring.
RND 1: CH 2; work 16 DC into ring; SL ST into FIRST DC worked.
(16 DC)
RND 2: *Work 1 SC into next DC; CH 6; SKIP next 4 DC.** Repeat from * to ** 3 more times.
SL ST into first SC worked.
(4 SC; 4 x 6 CH spaces)
Fasten off and weave in ends.
Optional: thread 7 beads onto next yarn FIRST (B – cobblestone);
With B – join into any 6 CH space;
RND 3: CH 3 (counts as 1 DC); work [2 DC; CH 1; SLIP BEAD; CH 1; 3 DC] into same 6 CH space;
SLIP BEAD/or CH 2.
*Work [3 DC; CH 1; SLIP BEAD; CH 1; 3 DC] into next 6 CH space; SLIP BEAD/or CH 2.**
Repeat from * to ** 2 more times; SL ST into 3rd of 3 CH.
Fasten off and weave in ends.
With A – join into any DC AFTER a CORNER (1 CH; BEAD; 1 CH)
RND 4: *Work 1 SC into next 3 DC; CH 2 – skip bead; work 1 SC into next 3 DC;
work 1 SC into next 1 CH space; CH 2 – skip bead; work 1 SC into next 1 CH space.**
Repeat from * to ** 3 more times; SL ST into first SC.
Fasten off and weave in ends.
With C – join into any SC after a corner Bead/2 CH space
NOTE: the rows can be made longer or shorter for sizing – this piece goes around and underneath wrist.
ROW 1: CH 3; work 1 DC into next 11 STS; TURN
ROW 2-14: CH 3; work 1 DC into next 11 DC; TURN
LAST ROW: SL ST into corresponding SC of square – see photos
Fasten off and weave in ends.
Border:
NOTE: this border round is worked according to my 14 DC rows – adjust to your amount of rows.
1 bead for every 2 rows – 6 beads for square.
Optional: thread 20 beads onto next yarn FIRST (B – cobblestone);
Starting at the row 1 of last section;
work 2 SC into row 1; Picot; work 2 SC into next row;
*work 2 SC into next row; Picot; work 2 SC into next row.**
Repeat from * to ** 5 more times.
Across side of square; work 2 SC; Picot; 2 SC – 3 times. SL ST into first SC worked.
Fasten off and weave in ends.
Repeat instructions for other side.
Optional – I added some charms to the center of the square.
