Ice Cream Trio Crochet Washcloth Three

Easy
Basic stitches in simple variations, simple repeats, color changes, shaping and finishing.

You will need to know basic stitches like SC (single crochet) and DC (double crochet).
Special stitches explained and provided in the instructions.

Materials

• Hook – 3, 50 mm (E)
• Scissors
• Yarn needle

Yarn:

Vinnis Colours Nikkim (cotton yarn) approx 390 yards (357 meters) 3 x 50 g balls (5.25 oz/150g)
Weight – DK (11 wpi)

Colors:
A – Princess Pink 50 g x 1
B – Pink 50 g x 1
C – Princess Baby Mink 50 g x 1

Yarn Substitute:
Using the same type of yarn throughout the project is recommended. The pattern suggests DK yarn (Weight – DK (11 wpi) 3: Light Worsted), but you are not limited to this type of yarn. Any yarn can be used if you take into consideration your sizing for the project will differ.

Tension | Gauge

Gauge is NOT necessary for this project to be perfect.
With the yarn, hook and my tension:
9 HDC x 4 ROWS = 2 inches x 1,2 inches (5 cm x 3 cm)
However if you use a different yarn and/or hook sizing will differ.

Size

Approx 10 x 10 inches (26 x 26 cm)

Pattern Notes:
Stitch count is important!

Remember – if you use/choose a different yarn weight/hook size your project will be a different size!

Instructions:

Third Washcloth Pattern:

With C CH 41
Stitch Pattern: Plain HDC

(RS) Row: work 1 SC into 2^nd CH from hook; work 1 SC into each CH until end (40 SC); TURN

Pattern Row: CH 1; work 1 HDC into first SC; work 1 HDC into each SC until end (120 HDC); TURN
*Work 1 HDC into first HDC; work 1 HDC into each HDC. **
Repeat from * to ** until end (120 HDC); TURN
Repeat Pattern Row until piece measures approx 10 inches (26 cm)

(RS)Next Row: CH 1; work 1 SC into each ST until end (40 SC).
Fasten off and weave in ends.
