The Final Touches:

  • Add an eye to the mini whale….
  • Fold over the treasure chest and sew into position (the upper left corner)
  • Add a small lock…
  • Attach the key for the lock to the red X…

The Game:

This page was designed to be a small playing board. The object of the game is to reach the X by throwing the dice ball and moving the playing token along the white dots. Reach the X, Get the Key, Unlock the Treasure! I use the Rings and Daggers from the previous page as playing tokens. The wooden embellishments I bought I use as obstacles or rewards that are placed on the white dots.
Tips: Put a reward into the treasure chest – like a coin or sweet or anything that would make it fun to reach the X and to unlock the chest! My obstacles and rewards: The pirate ship – go back to start; The pirate flag – miss a turn; The Treasure Chest – advance 3 dots These are examples only 🙂 I found these awesome wooden embellishments at my hobby store, and I could not resist using them 🙂 – For this page I use them only as play tokens. It is NOT necessary to complete this page.
