SKILL LEVEL:
Easy
Basic stitches, simple shaping and finishing.

MATERIALS:
Yarns:
Approx 20/30 grams of light weight worsted yarn- mixed (leftovers) – yarn color options are indicated in the pattern – the color I used will be highlighted
Note: colors are only a suggestion – any color can be used!

Hooks & Notions:
Hook 3,50 mm (or hook size you are comfortable to work with to make the page pieces)
Yarn needle
Stitch marker

Optional extras:
Buttons
Zipper (19 cm/7,5 inches)
Hooks & Loops
Press Buttons / Fasteners
Glue On Eyes (10 mm) – or embroidery thread to create eyes.

Abbreviations:
CH – chain
SL ST – slip stitch
SC – single crochet
HDC – half double crochet
DC – double crochet
TR – treble crochet
SC2tog – single crochet 2 stitches together

Notes:
I use US Crochet stitch terminology.
Due to the nature of this pattern – the yarn and hook used is only a suggestion and any substitute may be used.
Size of finished product will vary depending on yarn and also size of hook used.

GAUGE:
Tension/Gauge is not necessary for this project to be perfect.

The Doll Backpack:

CH 7
Rnd 1: Work 2 SC into 2nd CH from hook, work 1 SC into next 4 STS, work 4 SC into next ST, continue working into the bottom of the starting chain – work 1 SC into next 4 STS, work 2 SC into last ST (16 SC),
SL ST into first SC, CH1
Rnd 2: Work 2 SC into first SC, work 1 SC into next 6 STS, work 2 SC into next 2 STS, work 1 SC into next 6 STS, work 2 SC into last SC (20 SC), SL ST into first SC, CH1
Rnd 3: for this round only work into back loops – Work 1 SC into each SC (20 SC), SL ST into first SC, CH1
Rnd 4-9: Work 1 SC into each SC (20 SC), SL ST into first SC, CH1
Rnd 10: SC2tog; 1 SC into next 8 SC; SC2tog; 1 SC into net 8 SC (18 SC); SL ST into first SC,  CH 1
change color – optional
Rnd 11: Work 1 SC into each SC (20 SC), SL ST into first SC, CH1
Rnd 12: for this round only work into back loops – Work 1 SC into next 9 SC; TURN
Rnd 13: CH 1; work 1 SC into next 9 SC; TURN
Rnd 14: SC2tog; work 1 SC into next 5 SC; SC2tog; TURN
Rnd 15: CH 1; work 1 SC into next 7 SC; TURN
Rnd 16: SL ST into next 4 SC; CH 6 – or size of button; SL ST into SAME SC; SL ST into last 3 SC;
Do not turn;
SL ST down side of flap;
SL ST along the bottom of flap and then back up again the other side.
Fasten off and weave in ends.
Rejoin yarn into the 2nd loop from the right at the back; CH 10 ;  SL ST into opposite loop at the bottom;
SL ST into next 4 loops; CH 10; SL ST into opposite loop at the top:
Fasten off and weave in ends.
Cup:

With yarn CH 3;

RND 1: Work 10 HDC into 3 CH from hook; SL ST into first HDC;
RND 2: work into back-loops only for this rnd – CH 1; work 1 SC into each HDC (10 SC); SL ST into first SC;
RND 3-6: CH 1; work 1 SC into each SC (10 SC); SL ST into first SC;
Handle:
CH approx 6/8 and SL ST to bottom loop.
Fasten off and weave in ends.

Shorts:

With yarn, CH 21

Row 1: Work 1 SC into 2nd CH from hook, work 1 SC into each ST until end (20 SC) –

continue working in the round

Rnd 2: SL ST into 1st SC worked, CH1, work 1 SC into each ST until end (20 SC)

Shaping  1st Leg –

Rnd 3: SL ST into 1st SC worked, CH1, work 1 SC into next 10 SC – continue working the round

Rnd 4-5: SL ST into 1st SC worked, CH1, work 1 SC into each ST (10 SC).

Fasten off and weave in ends.

Shaping  2nd Leg –

Rejoin yarn into the first ST next to the 1st leg, work up 10 SC all around,

Rnd 2-3: SL ST into 1st SC worked, CH1, work 1 SC into each ST (10 SC).

Fasten off and weave in ends.

Row 2: CH1, work 1 SC into next 3 STS, work 3 SC into next ST, work 1 SC into next STS, work 3 SC into next ST, work 1 SC into next 7 STS, work 3 SC into next ST, work 1 SC into next 6 STS, work 3 SC into next ST, work 1 SC into last 3 STS, TURN (37 SC)

Row 3: CH1, work 1 SC into next 4 STS, SKIP 8 STS, work 1 SC into next 13 STS, SKIP 8 STS, work 1 SC into next 4 STS, TURN (21 SC)

Row 4: CH1, work 1 SC into each ST (21 SC), SL ST into first SC

continue working in the round

Rnd 5: CH 3, work 1 DC into same ST. work 1 DC into each ST until last ST, work 2 DC into last ST.

Fasten off and weave in ends

Blanket:

With yarn; CH 11

Rnd 1: Work 1 SC into 2nd CH from hook; work 1 SC into each CH until end (10 SC); TURN
Rnd 2 – 13: Ch 1; work 1 SC into each SC across; TURN
Fasten off and weave in ends

Saucepan/Pan:

With yarn – make magic circle

Rnd 1: work 6 SC into circle;
Rnd 2: work 2 SC into each SC of previous round (12 SC);
Rnd 3:  (work 1 SC into next SC; work 2 SC into next SC) 6 times (18 SC);

Rnd 4: work into back loops only – work 1 SC into each SC all around (18 SC);
Rnd 5: work 1 SC into each SC all around (18 SC);
Fasten off and weave in ends

Handle:

join yarn into any SC; CH 7; work 1 SC into 2nd Ch from hook; work 1 SC into next 5 CH;
SL ST into next SC;
