Mixing Bowl:

3, 00 mm hook – With yarn (aqua) make a magic circle (this is recommended, however if you do not know how or struggle with this method, CH 4; SL ST into 4 CH from hook to form a ring.)

Note: at the start of each round, you will CH 2 – this DOES NOT count as a stitch!

	RND 1: CH 2; work 12 DC into ring; SL ST into first DC. (12 DC)
	RND 2: CH 2; work 2 DC into each DC all around; SL ST into first DC. (24 DC)
	RND 3: CH 2; *work 2 DC into next DC; work 1 DC into next DC. ** Repeat from * to ** all around. (36 DC)
	RND 4: CH 2; *work 2 DC into next DC; work 1 DC into next 2 DC. ** Repeat from * to ** all around. (48 DC)
	For the next round – work into the back loops ONLY.
	RND 5: CH 1; *work 1 SC into each ST all around.  (48 SC)

Note: the CH 2 at the start of the next rounds do NOT count as a stitch.

	RND 6: CH 2; work 1 HDC into each SC all around. (48 HDC)

Note: this next part forms an outside base for the mixing bowl to make it sturdier.

	RND 2: CH 1; work 1 SC into each SC all around; SL ST into first SC worked. (48 SC)

Repeat RND 2 until RND 5.

Mixing Spoon: Make 2

3, 00 mm hook – With yarn (silver) make a magic circle (this is recommended, however if you do not know how or struggle with this method, CH 4; SL ST into 4 CH from hook to form a ring.)

Note: you will be working in continuous rounds, using a stitch marker to mark your first stitch is recommended. Count your stitches!

	RND 1: CH 1; work 6 SC into circle/ring. (6 SC)
	RND 2: work 2 SC into each SC all around. (12 SC)
	RND 3: *work 2 SC into next SC; work 1 SC into next SC.** Repeat from * to ** 5 more times. (18 SC)
	RND 4: *work 1 SC into each next 5 SC; work 1 HDC into each of next 3 SC; work 2 DC into each of next 2 SC; work 1 HDC into each of next 3 SC; work 1 SC into each of next 5 SC. (20 STS)
	Handle: CH 11; work 1 HDC into each CH until end; SKIP a ST; SL ST into next. Fasten off and leave a tail for sewing on one piece.

Finishing:

Sew the two spoons together. Fasten off and weave in ends.

Rolling Pin:

3, 00 mm hook – With yarn (silver) make a magic circle (this is recommended, however if you do not know how or struggle with this method, CH 4; SL ST into 4 CH from hook to form a ring.)

Note: you will be working in continuous rounds, using a stitch marker to mark your first stitch is recommended. Count your stitches!

	RND 1: CH 2 (does not count as a stitch); work 12 DC into circle/ring. (12 DC)
	For the next round – work into the back loops ONLY.
	RND 2: work 2 SC into each DC all around. (24 DC)
	RND 3: work 1 SC into each SC all around. (12 SC)

Repeat RND 3 until RND 15.

	Stuff

Fasten off and weave in ends – Note – when weaving, weave back and forth through the tube, pulling the outer circles slightly inward.

Handle:

Note – do not leave too short a tail when starting.

3, 00 mm hook – With yarn (aqua)CH 31; work 1 SC into 2^nd CH from hook; work 1 SC into each CH until end. (30 SC)
Fasten off and leave a tail (approx. 6 inches /15 cm)

 

Finishing:

Weave CH tail through the tube, fold over the edges and sew into position. Weave tails through tube and secure.

Cupcake Baking Tray: Make 2

The Top

Assemble

• Insert top inside of base.
• Sew through the exposed loops of RND 7 (top) and RND 9 (base).
• Fasten off and weave in ends.

The Icing

• Optional – Embroider French knots in assorted colours onto the icing.
• Sew Icing onto top of cupcake.

Fasten off and leave a tail (approx. 6 inches /15 cm) – weave tail to be on the INSIDE of the tube and sticking out the bottom.

3, 00 mm hook – With yarn (natural) join into any SC.

	RND 11: work 1 SC into each CH all around; SL ST into first SC worked. (12 SC)
	RND 12: *SC2tog. ** Repeat from * to ** 5 more times. (6 SC)

Fasten off – sew gap closed and weave in ends

Finishing:

• Stuff lightly.
• Sew bottom flat together.
• Fasten off and weave in ends.

Oven Mitt:

3, 50 mm hook – With yarn (prince aqua) make a magic circle (this is recommended, however if you do not know how or struggle with this method, CH 4; SL ST into 4 CH from hook to form a ring.)

Note: you will be working in continuous rounds, using a stitch marker to mark your first stitch is recommended. Count your stitches!

	RND 1: work 6 SC into circle/ring. (6 SC)
	RND 2: work 2 SC into each SC all around. (12 SC)

• With contrasting yarn (aqua) – SL ST all around outer wrist edge.

Optional:

Ears & Blush

• With leftover yarn (sand) sew ears onto the side of the head – same method as for nose.
• Apply Blush to cheeks.
