With E – join into ANY 2 CH corner space.
RND 48: CH 3 (counts as 1 DC); work [1 DC; CH 2; 2 DC] into SAME corner space; SKIP next DC; (work Cross Stitch over next 2 DC) x 3 times; *SKIP next DC – note this is the DC worked into a Picot – (work Cross Stitch over next 2 DC) x 2 times. **
Repeat from * to ** 33 more times; SKIP next DC; (work Cross Stitch over next 2 DC) x 3 times; SKIP next DC.
#Work [2 DC; CH 2; 2 DC] into SAME corner space; SKIP next DC; (work Cross Stitch over next 2 DC) x 3 times; *SKIP next DC – note this is the DC worked into a Picot – (work Cross Stitch over next 2 DC) x 2 times. **
